Delete Account — Dodo Nutriva

You can permanently delete your Dodo Nutriva account and every piece of data linked to it. There are two ways.

Option 1 — Inside the app (immediate)

If the app is installed and you can sign in, this is the fastest route. Deletion happens straight away.

Open Dodo Nutriva and sign in to your account.
Go to the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
Read the warning and confirm.

Option 2 — By email (if you removed the app)

If you have already deleted the app from your device, cannot sign in, or do not remember your password, send us a deletion request instead.

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include: the email address you registered with. Please send the message from that address so we can verify the request came from you.

We complete such requests within 30 days at the latest and confirm once it is done. Deletion performed inside the app is immediate.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following, with no way to restore it:

Your account details (email address, name, profile information)
Your profile picture
Glucose, weight and water intake records
Your medication list and intake history
Meal records and nutrient analyses
Menstrual cycle records
Your sugar-quit journey, achievements and logs
Calculator results and in-app notifications
The consent record we hold on our servers (refund data sharing)

Three things deletion does not cover:

1. Your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and we cannot cancel them for you. To stop being billed you must cancel separately: on your iPhone, Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. We recommend doing this before deleting your account.

2. Your Apple Health data. We never held it — it stays on your device. The app writes two things to Apple Health: your water intake, and the nutrition values (energy, carbohydrates, protein, fat, fibre and sugar) of the meals you confirmed. Both stay in the Health app after deletion and you can remove them there yourself.

3. Copies outside the database. What is held on your device — your settings (language, reminders, the consents you gave) and any medication dose you confirmed while offline that had not been sent yet — remains until you delete the app itself. Any support email you have already sent us stays in our mailbox. And if you booked an appointment, that booking was created on Cal.com: your name, your email address and whatever else you typed into the booking form are held there by Cal Inc. under their own policy, never entered our database, and are not touched by account deletion.

What if you do nothing?

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you stop using the app without deleting your account, your records are kept — so your history is still there if you come back.
